Shipping policy

Every order is packed in Jarash and shipped with a tracking number. Here is exactly what to expect.

Where we ship

Everywhere. Delivery zones, prices and estimated times are listed on the Find us page and calculated automatically at checkout. Orders above the free-shipping threshold ship free.

Processing time

Orders placed before 14:00 (Amman time) on a working day are dispatched the same day; otherwise the next working day. During harvest (October–December) allow one extra day.

Delivery times

Jordan 1–2 working days · Gulf 3–5 · Middle East 4–7 · Europe 5–8 · North America 6–10 · Asia-Pacific 7–12 · Rest of the world 8–14. These are carrier estimates and do not include customs clearance.

Customs and duties

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by your country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices unless stated at checkout.

Damaged or lost parcels

Tins are packed in moulded cardboard and tested to survive rough handling. If a parcel arrives damaged or leaking, photograph it and email us within 48 hours — we replace it or refund you, your choice.

Returns

Olive oil is a food product: for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of opened tins. Unopened tins may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price; return shipping is paid by the customer unless the order was wrong or damaged.
