Cold-pressed within 24 hours of harvest.
Most oil on the shelf has been sitting for a year before it reaches your kitchen. Ours is bottled from our own groves, days after the olives come off the tree.

Supermarket oil sits. Ours doesn't.
- โPressed and bottled within 24 hours of harvest, not stored for a season before it's sold.
- โGrown on our own family groves in Jordan.
- โNothing added, nothing filtered out of flavor. Just olives.
One bottle, every meal
Not just for salads. Here's how we actually use it at home.
Drizzle
Finish a salad, a bowl of hummus, or grilled vegetables right before serving โ this is where the peppery, fresh flavor actually shows up.
Cook
Sautรฉ, roast, or pan-fry with it daily. It handles regular stovetop heat fine and holds its flavor better than oil that's been sitting on a shelf for a year.
Dip
Warm bread, a shallow dish, a little sea salt and za'atar. Simple, and it's the fastest way to actually taste the difference in the oil.
Bake
Swap it in for butter or vegetable oil in cakes and flatbreads for a softer crumb and a subtle, savory depth.

Land, olive trees, and a question that kept coming back.
Grove started with land, olive trees, and an idea that kept coming back. Growing up in a family that loved Jordan's countryside, olive trees were always around us โ planted out of passion, never as a business.
Somewhere between walking the land with my father, discovering my own love for agriculture, and seeing beautifully designed olive-oil brands while traveling, I started asking: why couldn't a brand from our region look, feel, and compete with the world's best?
That question became Grove. We're growing our own groves, giving the olive oil we all grew up with a fresh new place in today's kitchens, and building a brand that can proudly carry the quality and character of our region to tables everywhere.
